职位描述：
Report to:BU Process Engineering Manager
Job objective:
Develop stable assembly process for new products and develop assembly machine as well; Manage the serial production assembly process to ensure a stable production , lower scrap rate and lower unplanned machine downtime ; To keep improving the tool and fixture status ; To make a smooth transfer of new project to production via R@R and training the oprators.

main responsbilitics:
New project assembly process development and machine development
Task: Development of assembly process for new product about vulcanization calibration and assembly, provide the document for serial production.
Output:1. Machine settings of assembly process;2.CMK study;3.Test report;4.stable and efficient machine
? Assembly process management for SOP project
Task: Process optimize for reduce scrap rate ,unplanned machine downtime and cost saving
Output:1. Analysis and trial report .
? Provide sample for customer OTS and for test
Task : 1. Sample produce 2. Test and analysis
? Manage production trial run /Internal Run@Rate according to Launch timing and training the operator
Task:1. Training operator 2.Open issue tracking
Output:1.Training record 2. Trial report for closing open issue
? To keep improve/optimize assembly line to estabilish smart/ LEAN production.
Task:1. Lean production/assembly cell
Output:1.standarde working instruction ;2.regularly review/analysis ;3.CIP report

? Leading the analysis of process related open point and close on time for customer audit/layer audit/issues found during machine and tool development/issues found during mass production
? To offer professional suggestions/support to Project engineer for assembly related new product quoting
? To handle process related audit internally and out of the company

Requirements:
Bachelor in mechanical engineering or equal
3 years experience Min in assembly process development or machine development , or non-standard machine design or manufacture releated fields. Preferred in the automotive industry with complex tooling and machinery.
Knowledge of the development of standard or non-standard machine development.
Knowledge of assembly tool/fixture design and manufacture.
Knowledge of procedures like APQP, TS16949 or related tools.
Experienced in production and workplace layout planning.
Understanding of process capability and capacity planning.
LEAN production knowledge/experience preferred.
Project management skill/experience preffered.
