Basic Function岗位概述:
Comprehensively responsible for the production management work;
全面负责生产部的管理工作;

Essential Functions主要职责：
Production management
生产管理:
1、 Comprehensively responsible for production work ,organize and supervise
department people to complete assigned work;
全面负责生产部工作，组织并督促部门人员完成部门职责范围内的各项工作任务;
2、 Responsible for the safety checking of production, equipment and site, and
regulations formulation, modification, checking, supervision and implement of environmental protection and production statistics management;
负责组织生产、设备、现场安全检查、环保、生产统计等管理制度的拟订、修改、检查、监督、控制及实施执行;
3、 Responsible for the formulation of yearly、quarterly and monthly production
plan and department environmental protection , regularly hold and supervise implement of monthly production plan meeting;
负责组织编制年、季、月度生产计划、部门安全环保计划，定期组织召开月度生产计划排产会，及时组织实施、检查、协调、考核;
4、 Responsible for safety production、site management、labor protection and
environmental protection;
负责抓安全生产、现场管理、劳动防护、环境保护专项工作;
5、 Responsible for basic management of production statistic ,attach importance of
production records and forms management, formulate yearly 、quarterly 、monthly production and equipment data form;
负责做好生产统计核算基础管理工作，重视生产记录、台账、报表管理工作，及时编制年、季、月度生产、设备等有关统计报表;
6、 Strength dispatching management, balance comprehensive production
capacity, arrange product operation ,balance electricity and save energy and product cost;
强化调度管理，科学地平衡综合生产能力，合理安排生产作业时间，平衡用电、节约能源、节约产品制造费用、降低生产成本;
7、Responsible for making department working goal、working plan and supervision of the implement of assigned work;
负责组织拟定本部门工作目标、工作计划、并及时组织实施、指导、协调、检查、监督及控制;
Department daily arrangement
部门日常管理：
1、 Responsible for implement of assigned work and work standard, strengthen
coordination with each department to promote production capacity and quality;
贯彻落实本部岗位责任制和工作标准，加强与有关部门的协作配合，保质保量的完成生产任务；
2、 Responsible for business guideline and training to production planner,
statistician, shift leader and supervisor do regularly checking and evaluation to them.
负责组织生产计划员、统计员、生产班长及车间级管理人员的业务指导和培训工作，并对其工作定期检查、考核和评比；
3、 Responsible for strengthen team awareness between each team and production
line, improve employee enthusiasm for production.
加强班组之间、生产线之间的团队意识，提高员工的生产积极性；
4、 Responsible for proposing and selecting qualified management people to
supervisor and make evaluation of work performance;
根据员工的表现向主管领导提议下属员工的选拔等人选，并对其工作进行监督考核评价;

Complete other tasks assigned by general manager;
完成总经理交办的其它工作;

Education, Experience and Physical Requirements学历，工作经验及体力要求:
1、Above or equivalent to the undergraduate, mechanical design and manufacturing, production management related major;
本科以上学历，机械设计与制造、生产管理等相关专业;
2、 Above five years work experience in production management;
五年以上生产管理工作经验;
3、 Fluent English skills;
具备英语交流能力;
4、 The age is limited from 28 to 45 years old;
年龄要求28-45岁之间;
5、 Leadership, planning, innovation and communication ability;
具备领导能力、计划能力、创新能力、沟通能力;
6、 To stress the professional ethics and keep the confidentiality;
