AR Accounting

1. Check and clarify outstanding amounts for shipments, settlement of collection charges
2. Prepare export freight list for each service & check inbound freight list
3. Prepare the inbound doc fee/late pick up fee upload file
4. Prepare statement of accounts and freight remittance with state agent
5. Payment detail for all clear data of all kinds COMM & FRT TAX. & add supporting. Filing all enough information and setup outstanding chg folder.
6. Prepare settlement journal
7. Collect, verify and record the Manifest Correctors handling
8. Generate journals in AX system.
9. Issue / check and feedback all kinds of the debit / credit notes / vouchers / invoice to relevant parties
10. Assist in follow up with credit accounts in order to collect the freight and related charges
11. Handle the debtor open items reconciliation, refund and adjustment
12. Assist in clarify with related parties for disputes / queries

others:
1. Perform document control for quality check
2. Prepare finance-related reports
3. Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies
4. Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management
