Roles and Responsibilities:

? Responsible for Financial Reporting of IFRS and Taxation.

? Monitor financial budget and forecast to produce the performance analysis with recommendations

? Supervise finance team ensure the consistency of financial accounting practices and high standard of professionalism

? Conduct compliance review on statutory regulations, group policies and internal control requirements.

? Initiative and implement cost control programs

? Drive and lead interdepartmental collaborations to achieve KPIs

? Functions in a professional and confidential manner, maintaining independence and objectivity

Requirements:

? Tertiary education or above; Member of international professional association such ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications

? The Chinese Certificated Tax Agent and experienced in tax planning

? Minimum 5 years of Finance / Audit experience in Managerial level from MNC companies

? Experience in Manufacturing and Construction Company.

? Proficient in English is a must.

? Good communication and leadership skill

? Decisive, Aggressive and Detail minded

? Immediate available is preferred
