Responsibilities:

· Learn and prioritize training needs and develop annually training plans based on training needs.

· Responsible for training implementation; include training vendor development, training course deliver and training coordination;

· Responsible for training evaluation tracking and do summary, action plan tracking and follow-up,

· Responsible for training materials & databases maintenance and updating

· Responsible for labor contract renewal, staff relationship & communication

· Handle vacancy fulfillment and staffing process

· Maintenance and filing of personnel records and make sure the accurate record in HR System

· Coordinate with FESCO/CIIC for staff recruitment and termination

· Maintain staff attendance and leave records

· Assist members with a variety of project-related activities in all HR functions

· Prepare HR related reports with high quality and accuracy

· Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree related with human resource management

· Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

· In-depth HR knowledge across functions will be highly preferred

· Good command in written English and Chinese

· Familiar with government labor laws and regulations

· Strong Planning, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
