专业知识：具备独立运作物业管理能力，熟悉商业物业运作模式。

岗位说明：
1、 协助商业总经理进行商业运营工作，完成年度商业计划指标；
2、 负责协助招商工作，包括客户洽谈、合同审阅、条款修订等；
3、 负责商业现场管理，包括商品陈列、布局规划、设备运作、商户装修、进出场管理，商户自聘员工管理情况；
4、 负责所辖商户各类应收款项的监督、落实；
5、 负责协助商业各类营销策划活动的组织与实施；
6、 定期组织进行市场调研工作，并提交调研报告；
7、 负责监督各类日常服务的执行情况，并组织服务满意度调查及回访工作；
8、 负责对外政府主管部门的协调性事务处理工作；
9. 有很强的商业广场运营背景与运营操作经验,能够完全独立工作；
10. 熟悉商业项目二装管理工作流程、商业项目运营证照申办流程；
