岗位说明：
1.负责租户“二装”全程跟进、租户档案建立；
2.负责商场日常巡场，检查监督购物环境、运营条件、运营状况并作好巡场记录，第一时间处理解决业主/商户反映的问题，做好解释、安抚和帮助工作；
3.负责营运现场的环境管理、商品管理、销售管理、服务管理、促销管理、形象管理等，协调解决各类工作，保证日常营运工作的正常进行；
4.接待租户来访、咨询，处理租户投诉，协调各部门处理；
5.负责搜集了解商户经营情况、促销活动开展状况及商户对项目的认可度等思想动态并作好详细记录。定期对商户意见予以收集、回复、归档并进行初步分析和传递；
6.监督物业使用人的物业使用情况，引导规范使用和保障物业安全；
7.负责承租户日常进出货及退换货的管理工作；
8.依据公司计划，实施营运经理部署的各项工作任务，开展对商户的租金、物管费等费用催收；
9.及时、准确地传递公司精神和反馈商户动态，维护、控制经营秩序，随时掌握本辖区内的一切情况；
10.完成运营经理交办的其他工作。
