Due to business expansion in Mainland China, we are now inviting talented candidates to join our Operations

Trainee Program whom we can train and equip with the core skills to prepare for future management position within our China operations. Successful candidates will be placed under the supervision and guidance of our experienced management team in PRC (location to be defined) and will be exposed to opportunities to gain insights into the business from various angles.

Requirements
University Graduate

Minimum 1 years working experience
ideally in food manufacturing; supply chain or related discipline

Able to work in a team and independently

Strong Leadership ability with strong business acumen

Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Independent, self-motivated and a team player

Responsibilities
Actively participate in roles in various operational functions (covering Operations, Productions, Logistics; Culinary Excellence etc.)
Acquire knowledge on operational procedures and practices with the objective to improve

Support the analysis of financial and operational information to drive company performance and strategies

Work with the functions to drive cost control measures and /or maximize revenue for the business.

Participate in various projects
