KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Analyze domestic market;
Identify key accounts, major projects and formulate sales plan for next 5 years;
Determine required project management and engineering capacity;
Direct sales campaigns and lead sales directors;
Ensure selection of appropriate orders to achieve sales plan (profitable orders with roadmap products);
Meet annual budget and contribute to budget planning;
Run back-office;
Report to HQ and ensure bookings in SAP.
Run company sales organization according to plan with trained personnel;
Meeting sales plan;
Acquire target projects with strategic customers with target profitability margin;
Manage department within budget targets;
Ensure improvement in customer satisfaction ratings for market area.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: academical background, engineering master preferred, good feel for business figures or commercial with excellent technical understanding; aviation background strongly preferred
EXPERIENCE: min 5yrs in similar industry. Aviation sales background is a must.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: English fluent (contract level), mandarin, cantonese
COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office
