This is 8~9 months internship.




The main responsibilities are:


1. Ensure all TSI/YPC/WEI operation-related cost being coded in system reasonably and accurately meanwhile ensure paid properly and timely, work on SAP and ACE system.


2. Review to control TSI operations aged pos periodically and ensure clearance the pos over due days.


3. Review and maintain all the ops contract in TSI/YPC/WEI


4. Ensure TSI/YPC/WEI operation cost analysis and cost saving report being made timely.


5. Handle enquiries from vendor on payment issues and resolve the problem efficiently.


6. Ob detention calculation and management


7. Equipment control backup especially on shipment input and empty dispatching plan
