职位描述
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
· Insure safety and environment are top priorities including management of change in processes and materials.
· Active member providing technical support to machine trial and start-up team for Qingdao.
· Make and modify technical documentation ( include procedure , specification sheet and task list).
· Make work flow chart and SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) with production department.
· Learn coating and laminating, slitting, packaging and material handling processes as quickly as possible.
· Works with other business functions in cross-functional teams to commercialize new products.
· Provide technical support to manufacturing on daily basis, including technical aspects of lean manufacturing (5S, standard work, waste reduction)
· Strictly protect intellectual property including documentation of ideas, trials and improvements
· Interacts successfully with suppliers to guide their continuous improvement programs.
· Performs other duties as assigned and necessary.
requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in polymer material science (plastic engineering preferred) or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years experiences in processing or production field.
· Practice strong processing control preferred.
· Familiar with polymer science, adhesive technology, coating technologies, UV process technology, surface chemistry, physical properties of polymer films and adhesive laminates, material science (weather ability), optical properties of films and coatings and physical test methods, (e.g. tensile, elongation, adhesion).
· Awareness of analytical test methods
· Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, Visio and Project Manager.
· good command of English
· have the working experience in the line of chemical, paper and packaging is prefered.
Successful candidates will have a opportunity to get a overseas training in USA for about five months.
