Responsibilities:



1. Project manager to lead the team to gather client requirements, delivery projects on time and on quality, and present to client management team

2. SME to support BD to win new deals, understand client business issues, customize solution, prepare proposal, and assist in quoting, SOW and contract

3. Assist in team building and training


Requirements:



1. 5+ years working experience in sales & marketing analysis, or CRM analysis, e.g. Customer Segmentation, Churn Predictive Modeling, Response Modeling, Campaign Management and Sales Force Effectiveness Management etc. Consulting experience is value added

2. 3+ years CPG / FMCG / Retail / Tele-communication industry focus, especially in marketing / sales department, famous foreign brands is value added

3. Solid client facing & communication experience, sales or sales support experience is value added

4. Deep experience in structured problem solving assignments and have strong project management and people management skills

5. Major in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.

6. Proficient in SAS/SPSS, advanced SQL Skills

7. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

8. Good oral and written English

9. Learn fast, diligent, team work, creative thinking
