Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for monthly payroll processing of local employees, including timely and accurate data

collection and system input, payroll slip printing and distribution, payroll related payment application

and bank transfer;
2.Responsible for IIT calculation and filing of local employees, comply with government tax regulation;
3.Responsible for payroll related reporting, including regular Finance reports, Government reports etc.

4.Conduct FESCO related issues: statutory benefit, personnel management and supplementary benefit operation;
5.Responsible for personnel file management, keep personnel folder complete and comply with audit requirements;
6.Support personnel budgeting and auditing;
7.Responsible for SAP data input, updating and maintain;
8.Responsible for company e-HR system updating and maintain;
9.To assist manager to implement, deploy, and administer compensation & Benefits programs those are fair,

competitive, supportive of organizational
strategies, and compliant with legal requirement and company direction;
10.To assist manager on market benchmark survey;
11.To responsible for communicating relevant compensation & Benefits policies to company management,

managers and employees;
12.To provide Compensation & Benefit related analysis & report as per request from HR groups or business

partner;
13.To supporting on employees' Annual Salary review, offer proposal and Short-term incentive schemes;
14.To support HR manager on timely evaluate or calibrate all positions and continuously improve IPE process.


Job Requirements:
1.Minimum of 5 years' experience with solid C&B knowledge and skills in multi-national company;
2.Bachelor's degree or above, Major in HR will be preferred;
3.Fluent in written and spoken English;
4.Excellent in MS Office Applications, especially requirement for excellent Excel skills;
5.High sense and professionalism of business confidentiality;
6.Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills;
7.Strong team spirit;
8.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
