Duties & Responsibilities



Timely follow up with customers for AR collection & closely work with related departments to settle outstanding invoices.

To take daily action on hold/release accounts.

Prepare pre-hold list weekly and CA list monthly to N+1.

Follow up the dispute cases with responsible department and person. Ensure it can be solved timely.

Support operation team to contact with client and collect outstanding payment when receive hold memo/request from ops.

Monitor collection work of QD NJ WZ office.

Keep records of all correspondence with customer on overdue items to ensure that evidence of actions taken is always available.

Awareness of HSE policy;

Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices;

Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor;

Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk;

Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation.



Skills & Requirements



Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.

Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English would be preferred.

Good time management and communication skill.

Individual and Team work ethic.

Familiar with BVlab & JDE & GETPAID.

Familiar with LAB test procedure.

    上海欧亚电气技术咨询服务有限公司（BV LCIE），法国独资，主要为国内外客户提供民用电器产品安全，性能以及电磁兼容测试以及验货的专业咨询服务。产品范围包括：家电、电动工具、灯具、太阳能、音频视频、汽车及插头插座开关等。
    必维申美商品检测（上海）有限公司青岛分公司隶属于必维消费品服务事业部（BVCPS），成立于2009年，截至目前，拥有超过200名正式员工、近5000平米的实验室及办公场所、专业的检测设备和经验丰富的测试团队，并已获得CNAS与CPSC认证，致力于为客户提供便捷优质、公正权威的纺织品、服装、儿童产品、饰品、工艺品以及陶瓷玻璃等产品的检测及其他质量保证服务。
