Purpose of the role:

The role will take the charge of all cash receipt and payment and relevant vouchers.

Main Responsibilities:

§To audit employees’ expense report and travel report, prepare payment documents, prepare checks and remittance vouchers.

§To book cash transactions in system.

§To do cash flow each week.

§Issue VAT invoice.

§Other works assigned by manager.

Experience:

Fresh graduate, major in finance

Qualifications:

§Major in finance

§College or above educational background

§Excellent achievements for professional courses

§Accounting certificate,

§Skill in use of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP, etc.

Personal Profile:

§Smart and good learning skills,

§Cet-4 English level,

§A good team player

§Able to work under stress
