岗位职责
1、为客户提供机票的预订服务，包括咨询、查询、预订、帮助客户选择价格、推荐航班；
2、接待上门取票的客人，为客人提供相关的咨询；
3、解决客户的退、改、签等特殊问题。

任职资格

1、具高中及以上学历，热爱航空事业。
2、声音甜美，口齿清楚，普通话标准，具备良好的接待礼仪和沟通协调能力。
3、熟悉word，excel等办公软件，打字速度快。
4、工作细心认真、善于沟通、有亲和力、具备敬业精神；
5、具有客服，电话中心，网店或同行业工作做经验者优先。
6、青岛户口优先。
7、服务意识强，电脑操作比较熟练者无经验也可带薪培训。
