职位描述
岗位职责
1、销售管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2、负责日常管理工作及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、建立、优化公司贸易业务的操作流程及管理制度；
4、制订公司贸易业务的工作目标、工作计划并主导实施；
5、收集整理相关市场发展趋势、需求变化和客户反馈数据信息。
任职资格
1、大学本科及以上学历，国际贸易、外贸英语类相关专业；
2、3年以上相关领域管理工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑；
3、熟悉贸易工作的各项流程及相关法律法规，熟知贸易术语、物流、报关及税务知识；
4、具有较强的听、说、读、写能力，熟练操作电脑办公软件；
5、具有良好的管理、沟通、处理问题的能力，良好的谈判技巧，责任心强，抗压性强。

Now, we have one non-woven fabric factory with the production capacity of about 400 metric tons of non-woven fabric per month, one screen-printing factory which has four production lines and can print 900,000 pieces of printing swatches per month, and one processing workshop (about 400 workers).
As a manufacturer of shopping bags, we keep stocking about 40tons of non-woven fabric with dozens of colors; more ten colors of cotton fabric, and more than ten colors of polyester fabric (190T, 210T, 150D, 420D, 600D). With the strong stock, it becomes possible to supply the customer with a fast lead time.
Our principles of making pre-production samples is, for the non-woven/polyester/cotton bags with silk-screen printing, we never collect any pre-production sample charges on customers.
Our target is, make us the best bag-manufacturing people. And it is welcomed the customers to ask for samples and quoting.
