--Identify, develop and secure business opportunities ; Generate appropriate number of qualified leads and follow up the leads, assist to submit proposal and win project;

--Understand company’s capability, have good sense of customer demand, and then work with engineering team to develop project management solution for customers; Deliver effective presentation in terms of keeping customer‘s attention, making powerful impression and managing their expectation aiming to build comany’s trustworthy professional image;

--Establish and develop potential client and client relationship by attracting, retaining and enhancing the relationship to form a base of committed clients;

--Establish and develop BD channels; Assess the effectiveness of channels and ensure to devote effort and explore business opportunity in the most effective channel;

--Assist to develop business plan and a series of BD materials in line with customer requirements, including proposals, tender documents, offers, presentations, charts, project sheets, slides, reports, CVs and etc.;

--Organize appropriate promotion activities to build up company brand and boost sales growth; These activities includes seminars, workshops, conferences, industry fair and etc.;
