Essential Duties and Responsibilities
基本工作职责
Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services to guests, members and visitors.
为会员及住客提供迅速，高效，礼貌的服务。
Report repairs and maintenance problems to supervisor.
向主管报告工程维修问题。
Familiarize yourself with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other information in order to provide guest with accurate information.
为确保给客人提供准确的信息，必须熟知各项设备设施，服务及其他信息，并保证准确性。
Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities in order to promote and sell them to guests.
熟知酒店各项设备设施以便向客人推销。
Ensure guests amenities, towels, linen and other guests needs have ample supply.
为客人提供充足的备用品。
Liaise with inter-facing departments such as Laundry, Housekeeping and Engineering to provide great service.
与洗衣房，客房部及工程部等相互联系以便提供优质服务。
Conduct activities and services for guest, members and registered children while giving proper instruction and safety reminders.
指引客人，会员并提供服务，对儿童给予正确的指导并提供安全提示。
Abide by rules and regulations and policies and procedures of hotel.
遵守酒店各项规章制度。
Attend scheduled training. 出席培训。
Participate actively in employee activities. 积极参与员工活动。
Adhere to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards. 保持个人卫生及仪表仪容。
Participate in activities concerning protection of environment. 参与相关环境保护活动。
Ensure only qualified persons such as in-house guests, members and guests who paid the entrance fee are allowed to use.
确保只有住客，会员及付费客人使用。
Greet and escort guests to lounge chairs and present towels.
招呼、陪同客人到休息椅，并提供浴巾。
Supervise swimming activities in the pool area.
监督泳池区域内的游泳活动。
Participate in sports activities when required.
当有需要时参与体育活动。
