青岛招聘

- Bachelor’s degree or above and equivalent Industrial or mechanical engineering preferred.

- At least 10 years in engineering and/or project management and/or supervisory roles.

- 5 years of practical Lean implementation experience.

- Proven leadership skills and experience in cross-functional improvement teams with quality improvement experience.

- Delivery of Lean training to management, supervision, engineers, and operators.

- Advanced statistical analysis and PC including Six Sigma, SPC, Minitab etc.

- English speaking

- Lean manufacturing and supply chain processes

- Toyota Production System (TPS) or similar Lean program

- Analytical troubleshooting and cost reduction techniques

- Business Process Improvement (BPI)

- 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management
