Our product, Safety and comfort related products for vehicle interiors, including Head restraints, lumbar support systems and seat climate systems Gear shift systems for light duty vehicles, including Automatic and manual gear shifters, shift cables and gear selectors Operator control systems and chassis related products to commercial vehicles, including Gear shifters, clutch servos, steering columns and chassis stabilizers; Fluid handling systems for light duty, industrial and commercial vehicles, including Pipe and hose assemblies for turbo chargers, brake- and fuel systems.

主要职责:

安排落实集团培训战略，根据分公司的需求不断完善现有培训体系，推出特色的培训体系；

完善培训制度及流程，整合培训资源，建设培训讲师团队；

负责相关培训项目如实战报酬认证等的内容完善；

保证培训信息正常、及时、畅通地传达给各地分公司

任职要求：

大学本科以上学历，3年以上人力资源管理相关工作经验。

具有良好的市场开拓和产品营销意识，很强的客户服务意识、沟通和协调能力

良好的语言、文字表达能力、逻辑分析能力和说服能力

责任心强、良好的职业道德，工作耐心、细致，勤勉敬业，愿意承担挑战性的任务并能够高效独立开展工作

良好的团队合作意识，富于敬业精神

良好的英语读写和表达能力
