职位概要 Job Purpose：

The Compliance Manager will assist in developing, implementing and executing the company’s corporate compliance program and developing compliance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), training, conducting compliance investigations, managing the auditing and monitoring program.

职责描述 Key Accountabilities：
1.Participates in complaint and allegation investigation, including effective interviews, facts collection, analysis, judgment and reporting; coordination with legal, HR, internal control on disciplinary actions proposals to employees or 3rd party, ensuring confidentiality and no retaliation.

2.Participates in building and optimizing a system of policies and procedures, provides first line sales manager’s training on code of conducts, SOPs in coordination with HR.

3.Manages various databases, Risk Registers, in-touch, government investigation cases, gift log etc, including uploading, responding, closing.

4.Oversight of e-learning certification supports in ABAC principle interpretation and awareness training.

5.Supports in risk management, in coordination with internal control, specified team on cash payments, meeting agency, meeting contents, high risk 3rd-parties, sales downstream data etc.

6.Helps in building Prevention Controls into Existing Processes with gap analysis and SOP updates, trainings.

7.Assist the compliance officer in ensuring that the compliance and integrity program appropriately addresses acquisitions, joint ventures, agents and other third parties optimize internal sharing system of compliance champions of the company.

8.Keep current with compliance best practices and, along with the compliance officer, represent the company in external compliance and ethics forums.

职能需求 Competence Profile：

1.Bachelor in Legal&finance or above.
2.Minimal 2 years in Compliance&Legal, Pharm/FMCG/Device industry is a plus.
3.Good in oral presentation both in English and Chinese.
