Position: Processing Engineer

Report to: Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Daily maintain process cards, fixtures, tools for machining, cleaning, spare parts packing, etc.
• Fast solve the process issues at site in correct way.
• Communicate with person who is related in work to finish working task, include operators, cell leaders, engineers, inspectors, maintenance guys and suppliers.
• Help operators to understand drawings, related technical documentations, fixtures, cutting tools and programs.
• Help operators to use production tools correctly.
• Support workshop and suppliers to ensure product quality; include casting, machined parts, cleaned parts and packages.
• Measure the man hour of operator, and work out appropriate man hour for each workstation.
• Optimize process by himself or work with relational persons, to get high productivity and low cost.
• Cut down the change over time to improve productivity.
• Find out the waste of available operating time, and to minimize it.

Experience and skills:

• Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical or relevant
• At least 3 years of Experience in CNC machining, familiar with ferrum and aluminum machining is preferred.
• Knowledge of sophisticated automating machining processes and measurement – CNC Machining – CMM Measurement.
• Experience in Makino & Mori Seiki machining, similar with Fanuc Control is preferred.
• Experience in fixtures design.
• Familiar with CNC cutting tools.
• Can read and understand English drawings and documentations.
• Good communication and coordination skill.
• Skill in in Auto CAD, MS office.
• Experience in Lean activities is preferred.
• Can effectively solve mostly of process issues happen in workshop, and be a quick solver.
