职位概要：
对各店营运进行有效管理，保证顾客感到满意，为各店的业务增长与最大的利润努力。

岗位职责：
1．协助区域营运总监对店日常业务进行有效控制与管理；
2．根据集团的管理制度对营运副理、主任、领班、服务员进行严格监督检查；
3．对营运副理、主任、领班等员工提出奖惩建议；
4．在区域营运总监的授权下， 参与各店的几个工作环节：业务培训、排班考勤、QSC（质量、服务、清洁）检查、表格填写等工作；
5．搞好各店内外公共关系，善于听取不同意见，调动营运各级人员积极性；
6．尽可能地了解客人对各店的意见，接受客人的投诉并尽力解决；
7．确保营运部所制定的工作标准、程序和任务得到贯彻执行；
8．协助区域营运总监积极完成集团提出的各项经济指标及任务。

任职资格：
◆市场营销，行政管理等相关专业。
◆接受过酒店服务礼仪专业培训。
◆3年以上酒店服务管理经验。
◆熟悉酒店业务和流程，在团队管理方面有极强的领导技巧和才能。
◆熟悉酒店全面运作，具有先进的管理理念以及很强的战略制定与实施能力，有广泛的客户资源和社会资源。
◆良好的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力。
◆熟练使用办公软件。
