Duties:

- Ensure strong guest recognition within the department
- Ensure a high level of customer delight within the department
- Ensure a high level of guest recovery from guest complaints
- Ensure we meet customer expectations
- Ensure programs are in place that measures Customer Loyalty
- Actively promote marketing programs designed to enhance member's loyalty
- Maximize the potential of employee through training programs for the department
- Handle any complaint if there is any
- Perform the administration work for the Health Club department
- Ensure all sections are running smoothly and there is adequate equipment and amenities to run the section

Requesition:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant area
- Lifeguard instructor certificate holder from Local Lifesaving Society
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Lifeguard in an international class hotel
- Oral and written fluency in English
