职位概述

Establishes and owns the creative direction of marketing materials for multiple business units. Responsibilities shall include, but may not be limited to, managing the creation of all materials associated with communications for a variety of media, managing the creative process from initial concept work to the delivery of the finished creative product, ensuring branding consistency across all UFH marketing materials.

岗位职责

1. Managing the creation of all UFH marketing related materials

2. Turn written briefs and ideas into inspired and original visual communications via internal departments and external partners (design, creative and production vendors), and through own efforts

3. Ensures consistent branding is incorporated and maintained in all designs and communications according to the UFH “Style Guide” (brand bible).

4. Establish and maintain procedures, templates, etc related to organized workflow and expenditure allocation/record system.

5. Keep calm under pressure, prioritise workload and deal with changing schedules, offer flexibility with a calm approach and offer alternative solutions if need be.

6. Leads creative brainstorming sessions

7. Build strong internal client relationships through regular communication and support.

8. Manages full-time associates (i.e. copy-writer , creative assistant) and vendor work loads, workflow and deadlines

9. Recommends appropriate vendors and creative resources

10. Proactively work with external partners such as PR agency

11. Manage photo shoots and UFH image library

12. Oversees prioritization of workflow and resource allocation

13. Involved in and influences budget decisions

14. Collaborates with Marketing team to help formulate marketing strategy

15. Make recommendations to VP Marketing on how we can improve our communications

16. To manage costs responsible for making minor amendments to creative, such as text, in-house

任职条件

1. Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design or related discipline.

2. 3-5 years experience (preferably in a bi-lingual environment) and a professional portfolio that clearly demonstrates past work

3. Creative production experience. Production management experience a plus

4. Able to develop strong creative solutions both via internal departments and external partners (design, creative and production vendors), and through own efforts

5. Highly motivated; can deliver solid creative output.
