Job Description

Support Foundation’s Daily Operation to the foundation

Responsibilities

1. recruit, meet, train the foundation volunteer and keep good and effective connection with volunteers to guarantee foundation’s daily work

2. Keep good relationship and follow up with parter orphanages and foster homes.

3. order office supply and create a positive and effective working environment for the volunteers

4. work closely with the partners in Beijing and Tianjin to meet the foster home’s needs

5. with volunteer’s support to maintain and manage the salesforce system

6. manage the payment details for each foundation’s clinical visit in BJU and TJU

7. work with OCF for the fund transfer and payment follow up

8. support the Operations Manager’s daily work depends on the work needs

9. organize the volunteer meeting routinely

10. work with volunteers to attend the community event with hospital marketing department

11. attend and support the routine new staff orientation

12. prepare and develop the marketing materials

13. work with hospital medical staff to organize and support the medical training based on the foster home and orphanage’s needs

14. support the foundation’s marketing events

Requirements

1. Good English writing and speaking Skills

2. Good at computer skills with word, excel, power point

3. Easy going and positive personality

4. Good team player

5. Willing to learn attitude
