职位概述

Medical consumables and minor equipment purchase and report

岗位职责

1. Consumables and minor equipments purchasing, focus on special requirement from doctors directly;

2. Running monthly report for financial Dept

3. Purchase Order setup in the system

4. Vendors evaluation, compliance management, contract drafting;

5. Keep inventory in a reasonable level, check account with OR

6. Finish other instructions from BJU central supply purchasing manager

7. Other hospitals and clinics setup issue on medical consumables purchasing and SOP drafting;

8. Followed centralized medical consumables purchasing system

9. To meet all clinical requirements, new procedure or operation requirements

10. E1 implementation, which including supervising new item coding and new vendor setup

11. Coordinate with consumables management policy from Chindex MED logistics

12. Organize physical stock checking

任职条件

1. At least 5 years nursing background/ related working experience

2. BA degree
