PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


1. Develop total NSF (Shanghai) business with assigned customers, achieving annual revenue objectives.

2. Create, communicate and execute account sales plans for assigned customer testing.

3. Manage and coordinate relationships with all buying influences at each major account..

4. Negotiate sales agreements to meet or exceed sales and gross margin objectives of respective business units.

5. Plan and coordinate all customer-focused activities for assigned customers related to testing.

6. Establish sustainable relationships between NSF (Shanghai) and customer portfolio.

7. Seek and identify opportunities for cross selling at assigned accounts and manage NSF (Shanghai) response.

8. Maintain a database of all assigned customers for timely, clear and concise understanding.

9. Support and participate in NSF (Shanghai) presence at industry tradeshows and conferences primarily in mainland China but at times, elsewhere in Asia.

10. Identify and develop new business opportunities; find new customers.

11. Work in cooperation with Asia and Global teams to identify and develop new potential markets.

12. Display appropriate communication (written, verbal and presentations) with customers and Company stakeholders in both Mandarin & English.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


1. Bachelor's degree or related work experience commensurate to education.

2. Fluent in Mandarin, good command of English.

3. Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience working with / selling to retailers, processors or manufacturers

4. Demonstrated skills in key account planning and sales.

5. Technical aptitude to proactively sell a range of specific testing services.

6. Excellent written, oral, and presentations skills in both Mandarin & English (fluent in each).

7. Demonstrated ability to work at all levels and across all functions of a customer's organization.

8. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Ability and willingness to travel extensively domestically or internationally.
