岗位介绍:
培训期为6至12个月；
在此期间，培训生行使生产班长责任，需要在生产一线学习锻炼，并在生产、质量、制造等部门轮岗；
作为储备人才，广泛接触与生产相关的领域；
接受精益生产、管理技能、英文等培训；
培训期满后，根据表现和评估定岗，岗位包括：生产主管、技术人员、生产班长。
职位要求:
正规院校专科以上学历
理工科专业背景优先
0 - 2年工作经验
