PURPOSE OF THE JOB工作目的

及时完成排料工作，确保零件用材质和规格正确，最大限度提高材料利用率

Timely accomplish the work on Cutting layout, and ensure the reasonableness of quantity and correctness of material ，and maximize material utilization

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 主要责任
负责所有产品板料件拆图，添加工艺余量，保证下料量合理，材质和规格正确，最大限度提高材料利用率
Responsible for all plates drawing, adding process allowance, ensure the reasonableness of cutting and the correctness of material and specifications,and maximize material utilization .
负责把带工艺余量的零件展开图放入软件数据库
Adding the development. parts with process allowance to the database of software.
负责按照Bom清单，分类做出各规格排料图
Making out all kinds of material’s layout according to the BOM lists.
负责编程加引线，排料图输入切割机
Responsible for generating CNC cutting program, and put it into CNC machine.
所有产品型钢类做提供单件下料长度，有锁口、坡口进行标记看详图
Providing cutting length of all profile, and mark to refer to drawing if needed.
产品完成后，进行产品材料利用率分析
Analysis material using rate after the products done.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES: 知识，技能，经验和资格

1.身体健康，工作细致严谨，责任心强，有较强的沟通协调能力；

Healthy, hard-working, diligent, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and with strong responsibility.

2.对于产品下料的工艺过程有一定程度的了解，能对各工序进行协调；

Know the process of material preparation, be able to coordinate the various processes

3.能够识图，清楚理解图纸要求，熟悉下料工艺；

Be capable of reading and design drawing, clear understand the requirement of drawing; be proficient in the process of material preparation

4.机械设计相关专业硕士及以上学历。

Master or above, with mechanical design or related major.
