Job Description:
1. create purchase order in SAP& send to supplier for confirmation
2. follow up with Purchse Orders,monitor delivery dates and payments
3. Reconcile delivery details with supplier & A&C for invoice issue
4. Deal with complaints and insurance claims of deliveries.
Qualifications:
1.University or above, majored preferably in trade or industrial engineering
2.Good verbal and written English
3.Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
4.Excellent negotiation,communication and organization skill, teamwork spirit
5.A stable personality and high sense of responsibility
8.Be experience in SAP is preferred.
