2.专业：货运代理、物流相关专业
3.工作经验：5年以上
4.年龄：35岁以下
5.有良好的销售、协商和沟通技巧。
6.有一定的客户资源；

7.对物流货代行业非常了解；
8.英语熟练；
9.能够组建销售团队并且带领销售团队达到销售目标；

Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor or above
2. Subject: Logistics related preferred
3. Relevant working period: Min. 5 years
4. Age: below 35
5. Sex: male preferred
6. work skills:
Proven track record in sales and management of sales teams in international freight forwarding company.
Thorough understanding of freight forwarding industry, with basic knowledge of Logistics/SCM preferred
Good command of languages, Mandarin and English is minimum, others even better.
Ability to build and lead sales teams of high caliber sales people.
7. Special skills:
Strong selling, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Has existing and stable customer base
Well connected with carriers, master co-loaders and other logistics service providers
8. Management skills: Has proven abilities in leading nation-wide sales team to achieve the monthly targets and annual budget
Local and Global account management capability and experience
Strategic sales, and good understanding of market trends
9. Others: entrepreneur spirit & strong leadership
Willing to travel
Integrity and ethics
Ambitious, and like to grow career in large corporate environment
