ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• DFM review with customer and Shanghai Engineer Center, make quality and process evaluation.
• Make NPI plan and evaluate all manufacturing cost
• Work with factory team, to drive and proceed NPI on schedule
• Organize all items of pilot run preparation, including process, line setup, tooling and standard time
• Define NPI manufacturing flow and process, including tool and test solution and so on
• Pilot summarization and solve all opening issues, keep NPI lead time in control
• Pass NPI to mass production after all issue closed
• Follow up NPI documentations, including ERP system and ECN
• Follow up the first lot mass production with factory team, ensure all issues are solved completely.
• Update all NPI cost, make sure NPI cost data is new and true.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or above degree in Logistics or related fields.
• Project manage competency.
• Familiar with Microsoft project software.
• Familiar with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint software
• Industrial engineering knowledge.
