2、5年以上工程现场设备工程管理经验
3、英语读、写、会话熟练

岗位职责：
1、负责本专业的施工管理工作，协助事务所所长开展工作；
2、编制本专业施工管理实施细则；
3、熟悉本专业图纸，提出质量控制点，制定预控措施，报所长审批；修改图纸做到信息共享；
4、负责本专业分项工程验收及隐蔽工程验收；
5、负责本专业档案资料的收集，汇总及整理，使之与工程同步；
6、对业主进行设备功能使用培训

   Dalian Kaiser Construction Co., Ltd, was established in December 1998, through 13 years expended great effort on development and experience accumulation, Kaiser already became a strong EPC general contract enterprise with development center in Dalian, covering Bo sea area, southeast coast, Beijing and Tianjin, pearl river delta area.
