Position:HR Assistant(6个月)

Responsibilities
· Ensure good communication with respective functions (LoS HR and regional contact) to clearly understand business needs and support legal document preparation;
· Maintain and update HRIS database of staff creation, movements and termination;
· Liaise with related function to improve HRIS notification process and data flow process
· Participate HRIS related project to ensure data accuracy and completeness
· Provide HR ad-hoc & regular reports to support firm daily operation;
· Participate in team effort in the production of strategic analysis to support business strategy formulation;
· Proactively connect with LoS HR to understand report needs and coordinate with related parties and cross-territory counterparts to complete report production;
· Lead and involve in reporting related projects to enhance reporting productivity and competency;
· Ensure smooth working relationship & cooperation with all related parties;
· Lead/assist to develop HR project to increase individual & team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

· University degree and 1-2 years HR working experience in multinational companies;
· High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude;
· Great team player and ability to work effectively with cross Line of Service and regional teams in a complicated business environment;
· Excellent interpersonal & English communication skills;
· Excellent skills in MS office software (Excel, PPT) and its applications;
· Be familiar with China Labor Law and relevant employment regulations, and be clear about practice procedures;
· Quick-learner and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
· Well organized, strong process orientation and data analysis skills
· Attention to details and obey to confidentiality;
· Project Management skills and experience is preferred.

职位要求:



l 大学本科以上学历,1-2年跨国公司的人力资源工作经验;

l 需要良好的客户服务态度及思维方式

l 出色的团队合作精神和与其他地区的团队在复杂的商业环境中有效工作能力;

l 优秀的人际交往及英语沟通能力;

l 优秀的技能,在微软办公软件(Excel,PPT)及其应用;

l 熟悉中国劳动法及有关就业规定,并明确相关程序操作;

l 快速的学习者具有较强的责任感和上进心

l 良好的组织,强大的流程方向和数据分析能力

l 注重细节,遵守保密;

l 拥有项目管理经验者优先。

l 本职位为其6月的合同工。
