职位概述

Oversee the inpatient food catering Oversee outpatient food needed for patients (check ups, snacks etc) Oversee the staff canteen food catering Oversee the coffee shop management in the hospital Oversee additional catering for events in the hospital

岗位职责

1. Liaise with the current food vendors in the hospital for day to day issues

2. Weekly audits of food services sites. Onsite visits to head quarters to check on Quality and safety of food preparation and supplies. Make sure they meet hospital hygiene standard.

3. Run food and beverage committee meetings with suppliers and hospital staff for updates and new issues that arise.

4. Be responsible for the food supplier’s contracts and renewals

5. Assist in menu planning and working with hospital dietician

6. Work out flow process for food delivery and pick up to and from inpatient rooms

7. Arrange for catering services for hospital administration events and conferences with hospital vendors or other outside vendors.

8. Contact and maintain and list of potential F&B vendors for special events where catering is needed

9. Work closely with patient services, nursing and quality and safety to ensure quality food is delivered to patient’s satisfaction

10. Coordinate canteen food services for employee, conduct employee food service surveys annual to improving staff meal satisfaction rate.

11. Keep monitor the food services expense in a cost effective manner.

12. Any assigned task as needed

任职条件

1. University graduate

2. Minimum 2 years hospital administration experience

3. Catering, and food experience preferred
