2、标准工时的测量及制定。
3、新机种导入制程安排、设备、人力需求计算。
4、制程改善，便利作业，降低工时及制造成本。
5、动作研究。
6、工厂布置及规划。

任职资格：

1、需要三年以上电子制造行业经验。
2、良好的生产工艺管理规划能力，熟悉产线等。
3、熟悉计算机操作，有良好的沟通、协调和文字表达能力。
4、大专或以上学历。
