工作职责：

1. Ensure the electrical installations are done according to the drawing requirements with the existing resources and within the planned time.

2. Coordinate and supervise electrical works on all products assembled in the assembly shop and on customer site.

3. Manage, coach and train electrical workers in the Assembly Shop.

4. Continuously improve the electrical installation work by testing new processes, learning from previous mistakes and by considering internal and customer feedback.

5. Support implementation of new products and special projects.

任职要求：

1. University education with major electrical engineering.

2. Experience of electrical and cabling installation in production of similar products as we build.

3. Experience of leading electrical teams.

4. Ability to operate computers and capability to learn software uploading and testing of electrical systems.

5. Advanced English skills needed. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English with external partners.

6. Measuring skills (temperature, pressure, stress, elongation) of advantage
