REQUIRMENTS：

·4 year degree in Business Administration, management or related degree plus relevant experience. MBA preferred.

·7+ years experience in manufacturing with minimum 5 years in supervision/management.

·Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving abilities.

·Ability to independently devise methods and reports using available data to answer questions or make decisions.

·Strong Knowledge of MRP/ERP business programs (SAP strongly preferred) as they relate to material routing, production, and capacity planning.

·Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior management and other departments on regular basis

·Experience in film manufacturing or coating processes; experience with solvents, vacuum/vapor deposition and/or laminating is strongly preferred.

·Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint

FUNCTIONS：

·Enforce all safety practices, procedures, and guidelines.

·Create production plans for all production departments to meet customer requirements.

·Devise methods to use the plant's personnel and capital resources to best meet production goals by determining which machines will be used, whether new machines need to be purchased, whether overtime or extra shifts are necessary, and what the sequence of production will be.

·Evaluate and determine material stores to cover production requirements.

·Plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to meet Supply Chain metrics for availability and on time delivery.

·Monitor production to make sure that it stays on schedule, and correct any problems that may arise.

·Works with project leaders to plan scheduling of approved trials while ensuring the trial production meets inventory control criteria.

·Manages inventory control procedures and cycle counts ensuring inventory accuracy targets are met for oversea plant.

·Works with finance and department managers to perform annual physical inventory counts as required.

·Manages Material Handling personnel ensuring that coverage is provided to meet production department requirements.

·Conducts performance management for direct reports.

·Represents Manufacturing in production planning meetings with Purchasing and Supply Chain

·Provides monthly reports for production volumes, and machine hours to senior management.

·Works with supply chain to ensure production forecasts are accurate, and uses capacity planning to forecast machine hours are required for requested updates or X+1 and X+3 planning.

·Works with manufacturing to reduce costs through scrap reduction and productivity improvement.

·Develop and control department operating budget.
