Job Description：
1 Introduce and build up lean culture and strategy in the company
2 Provide training and coaching on lean concept, basic tools and best practice
3 Coach and mentor all function leaders toward a continuous improvement culture that encourages daily improvement involving all team members
4 Initiate and collaborate all lean activities within company, and support on the manufacturing strategy
5 Develop ad maintains value stream maps to identify key opportunities to elimate waste and improve performance based on strategy deployment and business results
6 Coordinate on lean assessment to identify opportunity for further improvement

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree with Engineering Background
Profession Experience: Practise of leading projects More than 5 years practise on same/similar position
Leadership Experience: More than 3 years
Project Experance: Manufacturing and maintenance projects
Intercultural: International Experiences are welcome
Other: Good communication skills in English
