Business Process Improvement Manager (Ref: BPIM 0213)

Reporting to the Operations Director, the incumbent will be responsible for developing, training and sustaining improvements via business processes and LEAN, six sigma at Hallmark Asia Offices and through its suppliers in order to benefit from a competitive advantage and optimize business results.

The role of the Business Process Improvement Manager will oversee Hallmark Asia's policy on business processes and LEAN, work with Asia supplier with objectives in improving operation efficiency, competitiveness and service excellence. S/he is a champion of LEAN, six sigma projects.

Requirements:

. At least 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in Business Transformation or Continuous Improvement areas;

. Degree holder in a relevant discipline; process Six Sigma Black Belt certification;

. Excellent communication in English, Cantonese & Mandarin, with stakeholders at all levels;

. Computer literacy;

. Confident and highly motivated with ability to work under pressure;

. Strong operational management skills, organization skills, interpersonal skills and a team player;

. Extensive travelling in the region is required;

. Strong networks in LEAN consultancies.
