职位描述
- The Region Head of KAM is responsible for the maximization of the IC Account penetration and profitable growth of the defined vertical Account of the represented Division(s)/BU(s).
- He/she has to represent the Division(s)/BU(s) in all strategic and cross activities as interface in front of the customer. Additionally he/she acts as the advocate for the customer’s interests and shows a personal long-term commitment for his/her customer.
What are my responsibilities?
- Develops and executes the agreed customer strategy
- Drives the account business targets alignment with Division(s)/BU(s) and is responsible for the achievement of the target
- Develops a strategic partnership and establishes relationships with the appropriate Customer’s key decisions makers and executives and ensures access to the account for the Division(s)/BU(s), combines the know-how and forms the communication hub.
- Identifies, drives and develops short/medium/long term opportunities as part of the 3 to 5-year Account Business Plan
- leads, coordinates and motivates the IC KAM region team and associated management in order to achieve a significant and profitable business growth for the Division(s)/BU(s)
- Builds up and follows the principle of "one and clear face to the customer
- Sets up the KAM Region organization and follows IC KAM guideline and process
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Sales experience required, knowledge of the local market, customers, competition and local situation required, experience in key account management required
- Acquisition / sales experience in systems business required, experience in relationship management and leading a working team required
- Management experience required
- Cultural adaptability required; working experience with international suppliers and customers as well as close cooperation with international colleagues
