Objective of this position:

• Take the advantage of IT knowledge, find out the improvement opportunity in plant from IT perspective, interpret the business needs, translate into IT language, find the solution and coordinate inside and outside resource to solve the problem. and support the operating of business.
• Support and manage of local site IT infrastructure, including computers, server room, Network.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect the business needs from each department, help to coordinate inside and outside resource to find the solution. Managing the information system improvement projects to support business development.

• Manage the normal running of information systems, including OA/BPM system, attendance management system, monitor camera system, etc.

• Support and manage of local site IT infrastructure, including computers, server room, Network, printers, etc.

• Identifies and initiates solutions to user problems and concerns associated with desktops, laptops and workstations.

• Ensure that Disaster Recovery plans are developed, tested and maintained according to defined global standards.

• Ensure that backups are completed correctly.

• Assists with the planning, purchasing and implementation of hardware and software in compliance with Tenneco IS standard policies and procedures.

  Job requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.

Technical certifications in Microsoft and Networking technology is a plus.

Master at least one of programming language, have SQL database knowledge and skill.

Written English communication skills is essential, verbal English is a plus.

Fast learning ability.
