岗位职责：
1、负责协助人力资源部经理完成公司招聘、培训、企业文化、团建等人力工作；
2、负责在公司推行各项人事管理制度和政策；
3、管理劳动合同，办理用工、退工手续；
4、执行招聘工作流程，协调、办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续；
5、负责管理人力资源相关文件和档案。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、熟悉人力资源六大模块及各项实务的操作流程，熟练运用各类办公软件；
3、1年以上人力资源管理工作经验；
4、思路清晰，具有较强的亲和力、沟通能力。
