青岛招聘

1)        向医生介绍项目背景信息，由医生介绍患者联系患教专员入组该项目；

    

2)        向在组患者提供周期性随访，回复患者及患者家属对于疾病、医保政策、日常护理等相关问题，记录用药情况并上报不良事件，根据医嘱提醒患者按时就诊；

    

3)        将回访记录整合供医生查阅，在医生指导下，为患者提供相关反馈；

    

4)        协助科室开展院内及在线患教会议，相关物料的签收及发放；

    

5)       指导患者通过使用“智慧药盒”和“伊周小管家”与医生互动；

    

6)       配合区域定期整理科室内***瘤患者信息，便于科室管理；

    

7)        按时完成并提交工作日志及报告；

    

    

岗位要求：

    

医药背景，护士资格证优先;

    

两年以上（患者）管理项目经验优先;

    

具有良好的服务精神、沟通能力、亲和力;

    

熟悉常用办公软件操作，如ex表格、ppt等;

    

具有主观能动性、执行力及抗压能力;
