进口文件

1. 与船代联系，进行进口舱单的申报和更改。

2. 查询和答复客户有关进口单证业务的咨询。

3. 协调船代，传输支线转运数据。

4. 协助客户处理进口单证的相关问题。

5. 与其它部门协调，处理进口单证业务。

出口文件

1. 与SSC INDIA 和WDC协调，完成提单打印，跟进舱单发送。

2. 答复客户关于出口单证业务的咨询。

3. 协调国外代理和相关部门，帮助客户解决提单或舱单方面的问题。

4. 其它单证工作，如提单/舱单更改, 电放，目的港/第三地放单的处理等等。

要求：

1.大专或以上学历 良好英语能力

2.熟悉计算机操作 具良好沟通应变能力及服务意识

3.具相关外贸（或航运相关）专业知识的学历或一年以上相关服务经验较佳

More than 1,200 dedicated MSC staff in China are providing professional shipping solutions for the customers and MSC Chongqing office is now opened in May 2010; Meanwhile, MSC Shanghai Ltd, the wholly owned company by Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A., was also established in Shanghai at the end of 2009.
