Your Tasks

    

• Work with purchasing to select and develop suppliers through regular assessments and audits, planning meetings, APQP /VDA tools and supplier & plant visits.
• Execute supplier project management on-time deliverables with cross functional team by creating master plans and KPIs based on project tracking, risk analysis, timely communication, leading or working within task force teams.
• Technical leading of cross-functional team for Electro-Mechanic Sensor commodity with plastic injection molding experience as a plus, including but not limited to assessment of process know-how of new and existing suppliers, technology workshop and problem solving at suppliers.
• Lead preparation of decision templates and presentations/reports for the steering committee and supplier hot issues including escalation recommendations and actions tracking.
• Make achievement of cross-functional input and buy-in on supply chain and global/regional commodity strategies through proactive communication.

    

Your Profile

    

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g. Electrical/Electronic, Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical) or the related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in SDE (Advanced SQE) and/or Quality experience in Auto industry.
• Proficient knowledge of quality standards/tools such as IATF16949, VDA6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D problem solving techniques.
• Excellent personal and interpersonal skills such as proactive communication, presentation, priority management, team work, comprehensive thinking, high flexibility and strong independency.
• Fluent English skills both orally and written for global communication needs.
