岗位职责

1、协助销售订单的处理以及客户的沟通；

2、了解客户需求，对其购买提供专业咨询；

3、客户受理和客户开通；

4、适当处理服务的故障和客户的投诉处理；

5、客户相关信息的录入管理，建立客户档案，客户合同的管理；

6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职资格

1、大专以上学历，有客户接待和服务经验者优先；

2、普通话标准，口齿清楚，声音甜美，优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力；

3、较强的应变能力、协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题；

4、良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心，工作积极主动。

Requirement:

College degree or above

Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position at foreign forwarding companies

Good communication skill in both English and Chinese, oral and written

Job Description:

Well-known the whole import & export process. Support sales calls to introduce operation procedure.

Answer inquires; settle problem shipment with overseas stations/agent.

Maintain good relationship with customers

Preparation work for each shpt before effect daily report based on customers request.
