-  Manage Sales & Operation planning and MPS to ensure on time delivery

- Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's production control functions including capacity plan, master production scheduling, material requirement planning, coordination, daily production scheduling.

    

- Develop implement and approve items such as material requirements, planning systems, material variance controls.

    

- Plan and schedule production activity to meet sales demands and forecasts, coordinate with all related departments to make sure delivery can meet the requirement of customers that includes but not limits to manufacturing capacity, material availability, lead time, manpower.

    

- Follow-up daily the progress of work orders with Team leader.

    

-  Alert the manager and sales about issues impacting plan execution (missing parts, quality issues, technical data, and production stoppage).

    

- Make the production schedule (both new build and maintenance) in full scope.

    

- Responsible for the weekly report (S&OP, output, missing parts, FG output and input from warehouse)

    

- Responsible for the monthly productivity report.

    

- Place production work orders and make picking list.

    

- Maintain and update all necessary information of the ERP (K3) system as required and ERP (K3) is running smoothly that can meet production and material requirement. This includes but not limited to review material master data, work center, routine, BOM of finished goods.

    

-  Lead regular meeting (weekly production meeting, monthly MPS meeting).

    - Lead on continuous  improvement actions for supply chain APSYS roadmap.
